Preschool

Cole started Preschool today at Loomis Community Preschool!! I LOVE his school and so does he! It's a co-op so I get the opportunity to work in his class room every Monday and be a part of his preschool! I am so happy that I listened to my instincts and knowledge of early childhood education and made the decision to pull him out of the other preschool. I have found that it is far more important to me for Cole to learn through play, for example today for science we planted flowers and got to play with earth worms. At his other school they would have filled out a work sheet and maybe read a book about planting. I am finding out so much about what I value as far as education goes, I feel so blessed to be able to share this experience with Cole. I cannot believe how big he is getting!
