Safety Day at Preschool

Cole's school's theme this week was How To Be A Safe Kid. They had a book of pictures with the right thing to do and the wrong thing to do in situations that his teacher is asking them about in the picture below. One picture was of a kid going down the escalator the right/wrong way. Cole proceeded to tell his class that "they have those at the mall, my mommy takes me to the mall everyday!" I died laughing and so did the other parents-busted! Placer County Sheriffs Department came out and donated bike helmets to every kid in the class and had them fitted-this is Cole making sure he knew how to measure with his fingers to make sure the helmet is tight enough
