Hidden Falls Hike

spent the morning on a hike with the family. Hidden Falls is a trail that's about 2 miles into the overlook at the falls and access to the river. So the kids did a total of about 4 miles!
stopping at a little creek under the bridge to throw rocks. Carlyn is napping on Brett's back.

once we hiked down to the water the real fun began, Brady got the party started by walking right into the water with his socks and shoes still on! So we took off the clothes/ shoes and let the kids splash around for a while.

Carlyn would have jumped in if we would have let her, she loves the water

Brady was impressed with himself for making a "spa" just his size.

The way back was a little tough at the end. It was getting hot and the boys were totally done walking. But nonetheless the two of them made it the whole way back to the car.
