So a couple weeks ago Cole was coloring in his notebook (something he spends a lot of time doing on a daily basis) He brought this to me. The picture is cute but the fact that he sounded out and wrote "Frankenstein" with no help from anyone knocked my socks off! Okay, the spelling is not perfect but I had no idea he would be capable of sounding out a word this long. Every once in a while I have a moment with one of my children that make me feel like I am doing something right, that all the hard work we put in as parents is actually sinking in, this was one of those moments for me. I am so proud of him.
