When you have children the flare of going out on New Years Eve seems to fade. At least that is what I tell myself since we have not gone "out" in years...plus it's impossible to get a babysitter, right!
We always manage to have way too much fun staying in!! This year we packed up the whole Peterson clan and headed to the Parson's house (Kyle, Jena and twins Aubrey & Addison) for a party at their house. The kids had a ball playing with some of their best buddies! Jena and I ended up having a drink induced dance off to dance dance revolution on the wii (I have deleted the pictures because as much as we thought they would be grrrrreat pics....when I reviewed the camera the next day I discovered that they are in fact terrible and should never be seen again!!!)
The kids told me after we got home the next day that their slumber party was "the best ever!!"
Glad the whole fam had a great time!
