Cole is very, very, very, happy to call himself a First Grader now
Here are some of the millions of milestones we've made this school year:
~Counting to 100
~Reading and writing numbers 0-100
~Reading books!! Still with some help but mostly unassisted!
~Lots of history about our Country and presidents
~Lots and Lots of science!! I have learned a ton about bugs this year because of Cole.
~What it takes to grow a garden (their class was in charge of peas and radishes)
~Making friends and learning to deal with classmates that are less than friendly without mommy there to help (this one was the hardest on mom)
~Helping friends get to the school office when they are hurt
~Giving class presentations
~Riding on the School Bus for the first time!
~Field Trips
Oh how we loved Kindergarten!!!!!!!!!!
